A very warm welcome to Baytree - a relaxed and informal space in a gorgeous lakeside setting. My name is Jen, and I am a local practising Midwife with 20 years experience across all areas of maternity.

 It's true that labour, birth and beyond can be unpredictable but many years of practice have taught me that this is a holistic journey that can be optimised with the right preparation, education and mindset. I would love to support you to take up the opportunity to build a strong foundation for the days ahead.

I started Baytree as an alternative to corporate classes like NCT which are often led by Childbirth Educators who are practised in theory only. As an NHS Midwife, my approach needs to be current and evidence based and I am always keen to pass that along with some context so that you can make the right decisions for you and your baby. Currently I run a four week course which includes a reunion and an invitation to join the Baytree Babies Postnatal Group.
